Sustained in 2-minute bursts over a 45-minute period, dancing will build the hearts strength and endurance. Dancing is also the perfect blend of isometric and isotonic resistance, two key ingredients in muscle building and toning.  Besides working every muscle in the body, dancing is good for your heart and mind.

Our fun, informative and tailored classes prepare you to hit those dance clubs with knowledge and confidence!  Beginners to Intermediate teaching the club classics and today's most popular line dances.  $35 for 4 weeks. 
Stripping Slim Fitness (must pre-register directly with Stripping Slim).  SSF classes are low to high intensity aerobics classes with low impact pending the level of each class.  Each class guides you through some sexy striptease type moves and incorporates them into a fun workout routine.  Online Registration
